                                               关于空调开始供冷事宜

尊敬的各位住户:

近期天气逐渐升温，为改善您的居住体验，物业中心在资金紧张的情况下，积极申请增加供冷预算，2026 年度供冷季提前于4月29日上午9:00开启制冷系统。届时您可直接开启户内空调制冷模式，享受清凉舒适的居住环境。

为保障项目正常运营，维护全体业主的共同利益，烦请您及时缴纳物业费，助力我们持续提升项目品质及提供优质的物业服务。

温馨提示：若您开启户内空调制冷30分钟后仍无冷风输出，请及时联系物业报修，我们将第一时间安排维修师傅入户进行排气及相关检修工作，全力保障您的正常使用。

 About the testing of air conditioning stytem  

Dear Residents:

As the weather gradually warms up, to enhance your living experience, the Property Management Center has actively applied for an increased cooling budget despite financial constraints. Consequently, the cooling season for the year 2026 will commence earlier than usual, with the cooling system being activated at 9:00 AM on April 29. At that time, you may directly switch your indoor air conditioning to cooling mode to enjoy a cool and comfortable living environment.

To ensure the normal operation of the project and safeguard the common interests of all owners, we kindly request that you pay your property management fees in a timely manner to support our continuous efforts to improve the quality of the project and provide high-quality property services.

Friendly Reminder: If you do not receive cold air output 30 minutes after switching your indoor air conditioning to cooling mode, please contact the property management immediately to report the issue. We will arrange for a technician to visit your home as soon as possible to perform air purging and related maintenance work, ensuring your normal usage.
